#22 Audiobooks

How cool is this? As an audiobook addict making audiobooks available to Libraries via the net sounds a great idea : less cost, more choice, less damage to fragile media. This has to take off in the future with more titles including ones that are not in the public domain. I don't know if it is that I have nearly finished the course but I started to get quite excited when I got to the Librivox volunteer programme which invites people to record chapters of books which are in the public domain and then release the audio files back on the net. Wonder how I would go reading something like "Crime and punishment" aloud??
